2.    Collection and storage of personal data including type and purpose and their use

We collect the following information when you enter into a contract with us:

• company name, legal form, title, forename, surname
• a valid email address
• postal address
• telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
• value added tax ref. number, where applicable

These data are collected for the following purposes:

• to be able to identify you as our customer;
• for the due and proper formation, fulfilment and processing of the contracts entered into with you;
• for correspondence with you;
• for invoicing;
• for the settlement of any existing liability claims and the assertion of any claims against you.

The processing of data will proceed upon your request and/or purchase order and is required pursuant to Art. 6 (1) section 1
b) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for the aforementioned purposes for the due and proper processing of the
order and for the fulfilment of obligations by both parties arising from the contractual relationship.

The personal data collected by us for the execution of the contract will be stored until expiry of the statutory retention
periods and then deleted, unless we are required pursuant to Art. 6 (1) section 1 c) GDPR to store the data for longer in
compliance with statutory duties of retention and documentation under tax and commercial law (as in the German
Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch - HGB), German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch - StGB) or German Fiscal Code
(Abgabenordnung - AO)) or unless you have consented to further storage pursuant to Art. 6 (1) section 1 a) GDPR.


3.    Transfer of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. Where necessary for the processing of contracts with you pursuant to Art. 6 (1) section 1 b) GDPR, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties who provide services for us in connection with the processing of orders, such as the logistics company instructed with the delivery and the financial institution instructed with the payment transaction. Where your personal data are passed on to third parties, however, the amount of data transmitted will be limited to the minimum required.


4.    Rights of data subjects

You have the following rights:

• to revoke consent previously granted to us and to do so at any time under Art. 7 (3) GDPR. We will then no longer be
allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future;
• to request information under Art. 15 GDPR about your personal data processed by us. You may most notably request
information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your
data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure,
restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, if not
collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making systems including profiling and, where applicable,
detailed information on these procedures;
• to ask us to rectify incorrect data or complete your personal data records without delay pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR;
• to request the erasure of your personal data records under Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing of the data is necessary
to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public
interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• to request the restriction of processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR if you dispute the accuracy of
the data, if the processing is unlawful but you do not agree to the erasure of the data and we no longer need the data,
but you need them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or if you have objected to the processing
pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
• to receive the personal data which you have sent to us and to do so in a structured, commonly used and machinereadableformat pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR or to request its transfer to another controller;
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can do so by contacting the
supervisory authority responsible for your usual place of residence or place of work
• or our law office.

5.    Right to object

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) section 1 f) GDPR, you have the
right to object to the processing of your personal data under Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons to do so arising
from your particular situation.

6.    Transfer of personal data to a third country/automated decision-making and profiling

There are no plans to transfer your personal data to a third country.
Automated decision-making and/or profiling processes do not take place.
