Slipping V-belts (slip). Tensioning of V-belts.
Blade blunt. Sharpen of diamond blade or use new ones.

Water supply too low. Remove kinks in the hose system.
Incorrect blade. Use another type of blade.
Cut in loose underground. Reduce depth of cut.

Deformed blade core. Use new blade.

Centering on the cutting flange damaged. Replace cutting flange.
Cutting shaft bearings loose or damaged. Retighten screws, replace bearing if necessary.

Feed pressure too high.

Chassis or spindle are stiff. Check trolley, adjust if necessary, clean spindle.

Power plug not properly connected. Check mains plug for correct connection.
Fuse on the site distribution board or the motor protection has tripped. Check fuse.

Wrong diamond blade. Change to a softer bonding blade.
Slippy V-belts. Adjust the v-belts.

Wrong type of diamond blade. Change to the right one.

No free cut because of side wards wear-out of segments. Replace the diamond blade.

Damaged centering of the blade shaft. Replace the blade shaft
Loose or damaged blade shaft bearings. Tighten or replace them.

Feed to high. Less feed.
Dull diamond blade. Change to new diamond blade.

Problems with the chassis.

Dirty air cleaner. Clean or change the air cleaner.

Fuel tank empty. Refill.

Loose material - cut steel or aggregate is blocking the drill bit or between drill hole and drill bit! Apply wrench and rotate drill bit in both directions while drill bit is under tension. Disconnect drill bit from the drill motor and drill over with a larger sized drill bit.
The drill stand was not properly attached and slipped during drilling. The machine no longer drills and loses power due to the lateral friction of the drill bit. Disconnect drill bit and remove. Break and pull the core. Start again with improved fastening of the drill rig. If drill hole is misaligned, drill over with a larger sized drill bit.
Too little water used in drilling. The drilling dust produced during drilling cannot be flushed out of the cut by the little water and jams the drill bit. Use as much water as necessary until the drilling water constantly flushes the drilling dust out of the cut.

The segment on the drill tube is to hard bonded. Use softer bonded drill bits.
Too fast RPM! Change gear to lower speed.

Oily rubber bandages.
Only one driving wheel in ground contact.

Faulty toothed belt. Replace the belt.

Oli level in the hydraulic power unit to low. Refill with hydraulic oil.

Leaking lifting cylinder. Closed flow control valve!

Fuel tank empty. Refill.

The cutting blade rotates on the motor shaft. Check the mounting flange, replace if necessary.

The cutting blade is too hard. Use a softer cutting blade.

The cutting blade is overheating, too little cooling water. Check the cooling water.

The cutting blade does not match the material. Use a proper cutting blade.

Cutting blade is bent or damaged. Have the cutting blade straightened. Use a new diamond blade.
Flange is polluted or damaged. Clean or replace the flange.

Segment bonding is too soft. Use diamond blades with harder segments or reduce feeding pressure.
Segments are too thin in relation to the motor capacity and feeding pressure. Reduce the feeding pressure, or use cutting -wheels with thicker segments.

Replace the diamond blade.

Dirty air cleaner. Clean or replace the air cleaner.

Fuel tank empty. Fill up the fuel tank.
Dirty fuel lines. Clean the fuel lines.

Ribbed belt loose. Retighten the ribbed belt, replace it if necessary.
Belt pulley worn. Replace the belt pulley and the ribbed belt.
The screw of the cutting shafts has loosened. Check the tightness of the screw and retighten if necessary.

Water hose are clogged. Clean the water hoses.
A water hose is leaky or detached. Replace or re-attach the hose properly.

Slippy V-belts. Check hoses for fracture free laying.

Insufficient water flow. Check water supply.
Wrong type of diamond blade. Choose different diamond blade.
Cutting in loose underground. Reduce cutting depth.

No free cut because of side-wards wear-out of segments. Replace diamond blade.

Damaged centering of the blade shaft. Replace blade shaft.

Dull diamond blade. Chance to a softer diamond blade.
